sub-title "Federalsburg, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 337 of the Acts of 1947, be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:
193. The Mayor and Council of Federalsburg in the
month of [July] June shall have power to levy annually a
tax on the assessable property of said town for the gen-
eral purposes of said corporation not exceeding in any
one year One Dollar ($1. 00) on each One Hundred Dollars
($100. 00) worth of said assessable property which shall
be a lien on all of said property, real, personal and mixed,
within said town until paid, and said taxes shall be due
and payable on or before the first day of [August, and
interest shall be chargeable on such taxes after thirty (30)
days from the time when the same are due and payable. ]
September and on all taxes not paid on or before the first
day of January next succeeding, interest shall be charge-
able from the time when the said taxes are due and pay-
able.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

(Senate Bill 158)
AN ACT to repeal Section 46 of Article 8 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1980 Edition), title
"Cecil County", sub-title "Bridges", said section relating
to the Construction of a highway bridge across Long
Creek, in the Second Election District of Cecil County.
WHEREAS, this section is unnecessary at the present
time; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
