192A. ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION
WHO SHALL PLACE ANY STRUCTURE, BUILDING
OR VEHICLE ON ANY STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-
WAY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING OR DISPLAY-
ING ANY PRODUCE OR MERCHANDISE IN SUCH A
MANNER WHICH SHALL CONSTITUTE A TRAFFIC
HAZARD, SHALL, UPON ORDER OF ANY OFFICER
OF THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE, REMOVE SAID
STRUCTURE OR VEHICLE FORTHWITH. ANY PER-
SON, FIRM OR CORPORATION REFUSING TO OBEY
AN ORDER OF THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE
HEREUNDER SHALL BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR, AND, UPON CONVICTION THERE-
OF, SHALL BE FINED NOT MORE THAN TWENTY-
FIVE DOLLARS ($25. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

(Senate Bill 333)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1949 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-
title "Police Commissioner, " sub-heading "Special
Fund, " said new section to be known as Section 591A
and to follow immediately after Section 591 of said Ar-
ticle, to provide increased pensions for members of the
police force and certain other employees of the Police
Department on account of length of service.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Balti-
more City Charter (1949 Edition), title "Baltimore City, "
sub-title "Police Commissioner, " sub-heading "Special
Fund, " said new section to be known as Section 591A, to
