Section 163A and to follow immediately after Section 163
of this Article, requiring all collectors of junk in Calvert
County to register and providing penalties for violations
thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Calvert County, " sub-title "Junk", said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 163A, to follow immediately after
Section 163 of this Article, and to read as follows:
163A. Any person, firm or corporation collecting junk in
Calvert County shall register their name, address and motor
vehicle license number with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
said County and shall pay to said Clerk a registration fee of
Ten Dollars ($10. 00). It shall be the duty of said person, firm,
or corporation to notify the said Clerk of any change of ad-
dress or motor vehicle license number. Any person, firm, or
corporation violating the provisions of this section shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than One
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted; That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 73A
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title
"Annapolis, " as said section was enacted by Chapter 417 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
January Session in the year 1931, so as to authorize the
Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis to sell at
public or private sale property no longer needed for public
use.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 73A of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
