applying therefor and paying the required fee; provided further
that any person who is lawfully engaged in business as a real
estate broker at the time of going into the Armed Services
of the country shall not at any future time be required to pass
the aforesaid examination in order to obtain a license under
this sub-title. ] licensed real estate broker going into the armed
services of his country shall have the right to designate his
attorney, any adult member of his immediate family or any
salesman licensed in his office to supervise and carry on his
business during the period of such service, and that the license
of any such broker shall be renewed during such period on ap-
plication by the person so designated, and provided further
that upon the death of any licensed broker, any adult member
of his family shall have the right to carry on the business of
the deceased broker for the remainder of the license year or six
months, whichever is the longer period.

(n-1) Revocation of the license of a non-resident of this
State licensed under this sub-title by the Real Estate Commis-
sion of the State or District in which such non-resident licensee
is a resident, provided the License Commission so revoking a
license has certified such action to the Maryland Real Estate
Commission, and in such cases the Maryland Real Estate Com-
mission shall have the right to revoke the Maryland license
without hearing as provided in Section 356.
(n-2) Conviction by a Court of competent jurisdiction of
any licensee under this sub-title of any act which constitutes
a violation of this sub-title; and that upon certification of
such conviction by the court to the Maryland Real Estate Com-
mission, the Commission shall have the right to revoke license
without hearing.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.
