Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1947 Supplement),
title "Unemployment Compensation", sub-title "Definitions",
relating to services performed by real estate salesmen on a
commission basis.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (g) (7) (P) of Section 19 of Article
95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and
1947 Supplement), title "Unemployment Compensation", sub-
title "Definitions", be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
19.
(P) Service performed by real estate salesmen on a com-
mission basis for licensed real estate brokers TO THE SAME
EXTENT THEY ARE NOW OR MAY HEREAFTER BE
EXEMPTED BY FEDERAL LAW. [after a similar Act of
Congress becomes effective. ]
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 303)
AN ACT to authorize the Washington Suburban Sanitary Com-
mission to issue its bonds in a sum not exceeding $2, 000, -
000. 00 for constructing storm water or surface drainage sys-
tems in the Washington Suburban Sanitary District and to
provide for the payment thereof and the interest thereon,
and to repeal Chapter 94 of the Acts of 1950.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of
Chapter 526 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1943, as amended by Chapter 917 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1945, and Chapter 732 of the Acts of 1947, the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is empowered
