follow immediately after Section 92 of said Article, and
to read as follows:

92A. Worcester County. In Worcester County, not-
withstanding any other provisions of this sub-title, no
holder of any retail alcoholic beverage license shall be per-
mitted to sell, barter, deliver or give away, or otherwise
dispose of, any alcoholic beverages or permit any alcoholic
beverages to be consumed on the licensed premises between
the hours of 1. 00 o'clock A. M. and 8. 00 o'clock A. M.
EAST-
ERN STANDARD TIME and no holder of any retail alco-
holic beverage license of any class whatsoever shall be per-
mitted to sell, deliver, give away or otherwise dispose of
any alcoholic beverages or permit any alcoholic beverage
to be consumed on the licensed premises between the hours
of 12. 00 o'clock midnight on Saturday and 8. 00 o'clock
A. M.
EASTERN STANDARD TIME the following Mon-
day. No holder of any retail alcoholic beverage license under
the provisions of this Article shall allow to be consumed
on his licensed premises any alcoholic beverage whatsoever
at any time following the closing hours prescribed in this
section. Any licensee convicted of violation of the provi-
sions of this section shall, upon conviction, be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of
not more than $500. 00 or by imprisonment for not more
than one year, or by both fine and imprisonment at the
discretion of the Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works to enter
into an agreement with the Talbot and Queen Anne's
Garden Clubs for the restoration of the small brick
house under the Wye Oak and to provide for the main-
tenance and upkeep of same and the grounds thereof.
