SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 14. 0 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages, " sub-title "County Dispensaries, " be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

140.

(b). LOANS. The Liquor Control Board also shall
be authorized to borrow money from time to time from any
banking institution, on its own credit. Provided, that the
aggregate sum advanced to and/or borrowed by the Liquor
Control Board shall at no time exceed $5, 000. 00 in Somer-
set County, $8, 000. 00 in Queen Anne's County, $10, 000. 00
in Harford [and Worcester Counties] County, $20, 000. 00
in Kent County, [and] $25, 000. 00 in Wicomico County and
$60, 000. 00 in Worcester County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "Hours and Days for Sale",
said new section to be known as Section 92A and to
follow immediately after Section 92 of said Article,
relating to the hours during which alcoholic beverages
may be sold and consumed on the premises of licensees
in Worcester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Hours and Days for
Sale", said new section to be known as Section 92A, to
