to follow immediately after Section 11. 2 of said Article,
prohibiting the use of curtains, blinds or other obstruc-
tions before windows or doors of rooms of licensees
where alcoholic beverages are sold during the hours
when the sales of such beverages are prohibited.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Restrictions Upon
Licensees", said new section to be known as Section 112A,
to follow immediately after Section 112 of said Article,
and to read as follows:
112A. Worcester County. In Worcester County no
licensee under the provisions of this Article shall be per-
mitted to sell or permit to be sold or furnished upon any
premises any alcoholic beverages except in a room having
one or more plain glass windows or doors so as to enable
persons standing on the outside to observe the interior of
the premises at all hours during which sales are prohibited,
and during such hours no curtain, blind or other obstruc-
tion shall be placed before such window or windows or
door, and every such place shall have an entrance, facing
on the street, which shall be open at all hours during which
sales are being made.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 140 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages", sub-title "County Dispensaries, " increasing the
amount which the Liquor Control Board of Worcester
County may borrow.
