AN ACT to add eighteen new sections to Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " to be under the sub-title
"Electrical Apparatus and Wiring, " said new sections
to be known as Sections 179A to 179 R, inclusive, to fol-
low immediately after Section 179 thereof, creating a
Board of Examiners and Supervisors for electricians in
Washington County, defining the appointment, tenure,
powers and duties thereof, and relating generally to
electrical apparatus and wiring in Washington County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That eighteen new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Washington County, " to be
under the sub-title "Electrical Apparatus and Wiring, "
said new sections to be known as Sections 179A to 179R,
inclusive, to follow immediately after Section 179 thereof,
and all to read as follows:
Electrical Apparatus and Wiring
179A. The Board of County Commissioners of Wash-
ington County shall, within thirty (30) days after June 1,
1951, appoint a board which shall be known as the Board
of Examiners and Supervisors, consisting of three (3)
persons, for the purpose of examining into the qualifica-
tions and capabilities of all persons who are engaged or
desire to engage in the business of Master Electrician as
defined in this sub-title. The board so appointed shall con-
