grants, sales, leases and deeds made by various persons
to and for the use and benefit of sundry ministerial
persons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and
charitable institutions, churches, denominations or
sects hereinafter named.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That the sanction and consent of the said
General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
declared, given and granted to the following gifts, be-
quests, devises, grants, sales, leases, conveyances and deeds,
to and from certain persons and bodies corporate to and
for the use of certain ministerial persons, religious and
educational corporations, orders, denominations and sects,
and to certain charitable institutions hereinafter named
and hereinafter set forth.

1. To deed of assignment from Herman Samuelson, Ad-
ministrator of the Estate of Esther Norinsky, and
Harry Schwartz to The Chofetz Chaim Congregation,
Inc., dated June 7, 1938 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 5829,
folio 129, conveying the leasehold property known as
No. 1620 N. Pulaski Street.

2. To the gift in remainder under the Last Will and
Testament of Rachel J. Munroe, late of Baltimore
City, who died on May 1, 1944 (which Will is re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Wills Liber J.H.B. No. 212, folio 384)
of $200. to the Chestnut Grove Cemetery for the
upkeep and perpetual care of the burial lot referred
to therein.

3. To the contingent gift in remainder to the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the Messiah contained in the
Deed of Trust from Augustus Pugsley to John W.
Pugsley, Trustee, which deed is dated March 20, 1909,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S.C.L. No. 2487, folio 343.

4. To the gift contained in Deed of Trust from Frank J.
Dietz, dated December 16, 1947, to Associated Catho-
lic Charities.

5. To the gift contained in Will of Frank J. Dietz, dated
December 16, 1947, to Associated Catholic Charities.

6. To conveyance of Lot No. 67 upon the Plat of "West

Secretary Sub-division", recorded among the Plat

Records of Dorchester County, Maryland, in Liber
