CHAPTER 60
(House Bill 74)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 231 (f) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition—having been Section 30 (f)
of Article 39 in the 1947 Supplement, as amended),
title "Natural Resources," sub-title "Fish and Fish-

CORRECTING AN ERROR THEREIN.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 231 (f) of Article 66C of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition—having been
Section 30 (f) of Article 39 in the 1947 Supplement, as
amended), title "Natural Resources," sub-title "Fish and
Fisheries," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
231. (f) The length of braille BRAIL LINE used on
-either end of the haul seine shall not exceed five hundred
(500) yards in length [, if haul seine is used in the Chesa-
peake Bay; if haul seine is used in the rivers and tribu-
taries, the maximum length of braille BRAIL LINE shall
not exceed two hundred and fifty (250) yards.^-
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1952.

and devises contained in the Last Wills and Testaments
of certain persons, deceased, and also to certain gifts,
