CHIEF OF THE
BUREAU OF REVENUE ESTIMATES, IN CONJUNC-
TION WITH THE STATE COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE,
SHALL PREPARE AND SUBMIT TO THE MEMBERS
OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, BY THE END OF
THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND JULY IN EACH
YEAR AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT SHOWING THE
FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR THE SIX-MONTH
PERIOD ENDING ON THE NEXT PRECEDING
DECEMBER 31 OR JUNE 30, AS THE CASE MAY BE:

(1) estimated revenue from all sources, by funds, for
the current budgetary period;

NEXT PRECEDING SIX-MONTH PERIOD; and

(S) amount of revenue uncollected or over-collected.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1952.

(Senate Bill 87)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (4) (b) of Section 8, of Article 73B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland - 1951 Edition, said Section
being Section 7 in the 1939 Edition - title "Pensions,"
sub-title "Allowance on ordinary Disability Retirement,"
to adjust the benefits allowed State employees retired
on disability.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (4) (b) of Section 8 of Article 73b, of
