amended), to require the Standard Salary Board to
furnish members of the General Assembly copies of
amended schedules of salary revisions.
SECTION 1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
64A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Merit System," said new section to be known as
Section 26A, to follow immediately after Section 26 of
said Article (being Section 16A in the 1939 Edition, as
amended), and to read as follows:
26A. The Standard Salary Board shall furnish each
member of the General Assembly with a copy of the
amended schedule of any salary revision promptly after
said schedule has been approved by the Governor.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1952.
