CHAPTER 37
(Senate Bill 77)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 15A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Budget
and Procurement," sub-title "Budget Bureau," to be
known as Section 22A of said Article, to follow imme-
diately after Section 22 (being Section 20 in the 1947
Supplement), to require the Director of Budget and
Procurement to notify each member of the General
Assembly of certain information.
SECTION 1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
15A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Budget and Procurement," sub-title "Budget Bureau,"
to be known as Section 22A, to follow immediately after
Section 22 (being Section 20 in the 1947 Supplement),
and to read as follows:
22A. The Director shall notify each member of the
General Assembly of (1) any revision to the estimated
reversions applicable to the current budgetary appropria-
tions considered at the last session of the General Assembly
and (2) the total actual reversions at the end of each fiscal
year.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1952.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 64A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Merit
System," said new section to be known as Section 26A
and to follow immediately after Section 26 of said
Article (being Section 16A in the 1939 Edition, as
