they will perform the duties required of them by the
law aforesaid and this supplement, according to the
best of their judgment without partiality or favor, tak-
ing into consideration the advantages and disadvantages
of the parties concerned.

CHAP. 75.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That in case of death,
resignation or removal from the State, as the case may
be, of any one of said commissioners, the remaining
two shall appoint some suitable person to fill the va-
cancy, who shall qualify as herein before provided.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That William Harris, of Talbot county, be, and he is
hereby divorced from his wife Elizabeth L. Harris,
a vinculo matrimonii.

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act relating to Run
Alley, in the city of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act, entitled, an act relating to
Run Alley, in the city of Baltimore, passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and thirty-four, chapter
one hundred and eighty-five, and the supplement there-
to, passed at December session eighteen hundred and
thirty-five, chapter sixty, be, and the same are hereby

repealed: provided however, that the expenses for the
compensation of the commissioners and surveyor and
all other incidental charges incurred in pursuance of
the ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, passed for carrying into effect the said acts, and
also the further sum of four hundred dollars to be paid
to John Lester, be by said commissioners assessed up-
on and paid by the persons charged for the assessment
