An act to Divorce Mary Ann Bayley, of Dorchester coun-
ty, from her husband Josiah Bayley, Jr.
|

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Mary Ann Bayley, of Dorchester county, be, and
she is hereby declared to be divorced from her hus-
band, Josiah Bayley, Jr., a vinculo matrimonii, with
the privilege allowed the petitioner to resume her
maiden name.

An act authorising the Commissioners of Baltimore
County to provide a suitable apartment in some of the
public buildings, belonging to said county and city,
for the accommodation of the Trustees of the Poor of
said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall shall be the duty of the Com-
missioners of Baltimore county to provide a suitable
apartment in some of the Public Buildings of said coun-
ty and city, for the accommodation of the Trustees of
the Poor for said county, at as early a period as may
be convenient after the passage of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty
of said trustees to hold their stated or adjourned meet-
ings, in such apartment as may be provided by said
commissioners, except such meetings as they may
deem necessary for visiting the Alms-House, and it
shall be the duty of said Trustees to cause their clerk
or agent, to attend to his duties as directed by said
Trustees at such times as they may deem necessary
for public convenience from nine o'clock A. M. until
three P. M. each and every day that he may be requir-
ed to, attend to the duties of his office, and that his
