An act to divorce Sirena Upton, of the city of Baltimore,
from her husband Levi Upton.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sirena Upton, of the city of Baltimore,
be, and she is hereby divorced from her husband Levi
Upton, a mensa et thoro.
|
Divorce.
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Levi Upton
shall not be liable for any debts to be hereafter con-
tracted by the said Sirena Upton, nor be entitled to any
property which she may hereafter acquire, nor shall
the said Sirena Upton be entitled to any property
which he, the said Levi Upton, may hereafter acquire.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said Sirena Up-
ton be, from the passage of thus act, entitled to all the
rights and privileges of a feme sole, except the right of
marrying again during the life time of the said Levi
Upton.

An act to divorce Samuel Painter, of Baltimore county,
from his wife Elizabeth Painter.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Samuel Painter, of Baltimore county, be, and he
is hereby declared to be divorced from his wife Eliza-
beth Painter, a mensa et thoro.

An act to establish and confirm certain acts done by
Thomas Allein, a Justice of the Peace in Anne Arun-
del county.

That Thomas Allein, a justice of the peace for Anne
Arundel county, having held the office of Post Master
