Resolution in favor of Anne G. Handy, of Somerset
county.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore he, and he is
hereby authorised to pay to Anne G. Handy, executrix
of Elizabeth Handy, late of Somerset county, or her
order, the sum of fifty-four dollars, as the balance of
the pension money due said Elizabeth Handy, out of
any unappropriated money in the Treasury.

Resolution authorising the Librarian to furnish certain
Reports therein named, for the use of the Court of
Carroll county, and providing for the payment of
the same.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the State Librarian be, and he is hereby authorised
and required to furnish a complete set of the Maryland
Reports, comprising the following works: — Harris and
McHenry's, four volumes; Harris and Johnson's, seven
volumes; Harris and Gill's, two volumes; Gill and
Johnson's, six volumes: out of the State Library, if they
can be spared, if the whole cannot be spared, to purchase
such as may be wanting, at the expense of the. State,
for the use of the court of Carroll county, that the said
county be hereafter furnished with the future volumes
of Maryland Reports, as other counties now are, and
that the Treasurer of the Western Shore is hereby au-
thorised and directed to pay the cost on such books, on
the Librarian certifying the cost of them, as may be
purchased under this resolution.
