Resolution requiring the Executive to have delivered
certain arms for the use of Captain Benjamin Sut-
ton.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
his excellency the Governor be, and he is hereby re-
spectfully requested to have delivered, in the city of
Baltimore, at as early a period as practicable, one
hundred stand of muskets, for the use of captain Ben-
jamin Sutton, of Baltimore county, he giving bond
with satisfactory security, to be approved by the Ad-
jutant General, for the safe keeping and return of the
same when demanded.

Resolution in favor of Jane Bishop.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is
hereby authorised and directed to pay to Jane Bishop,
who was the widow of Leonard Ennis, a soldier of
the revolution, the half pay of a private during her
life, as a further remuneration for his services.

Resolution in favor of Walter H. S. Mitchell, admin-
istrator of John Edelen.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Walter H.
S. Mitchell, administrator of John Edelen, or order,
the sum of twelve dollars, which sum appears to have
been due said Edelen at the time of his death, on the
journal of accounts of said Treasurer.
