A supplement to an act to incorporate the Boston an
New York Coal Company, passed December ses-
sion eighteen hundred and thirty-five.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall be lawful for the Boston and New York
Coal Company, upon the rail road which they are au-
thoriscd to construct, from their mines to the basin of
the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, or other points in or
near the town of Cumberland, to ask, demand and
have the same rates or prices for tolls and transporta-
tion of persons and property thereon transported, as
the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Company is or
shall be by law allowed to charge and receive.

An act to exempt from Taxation the Parsonage House
of the Episcopal Church, in Chester town.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Parsonage house and lot of ground of the
Protestant Episcopal Church, situate and being in
Chestertown, in Rent county, be, and the same is
hereby released from the payment of. taxes, any law
to the contrary notwithstanding.

That Julia Ann Stevens, of Talbot county, be, and
she is hereby divorced from her husband, Charles R.
Stevens.
