LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 326,

interest in said lot to the said William McMahon, and
those legally claiming under him, unless the same be
impeached by legal process, by any claiming under
Anthony Reintzell, or unless the said lot be fully re-
deemed by the heirs, or some of them, of the said A.
Reintzell, within one year from the passage of this
act.

CHAPTER 326.

Passed Mar. 29,

1838.

A supplement to an act for the benefit of the heirs of
John Kimes, late of Allegany County, deceased.

Deed confirmed.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the deed from Hannah Kimes, the trustee ap-
pointed by the act to which this is a supplement, pass-
ed at December session eighteen hundred and thirteen,
chapter fifty-four, to Thomas Beale of Samuel, his
heirs and assigns, and which was executed and ac-
knowledged by Martin Rizer, her attorney, on the
eleventh September, eighteen hundred and fifteen, be-
fore two justices of the peace of Allegany county,
and recorded in the clerk's office of said county, shall
he as valid and effectual in law, to convey the. estate
of the said John Kimes, mentioned in said deed, of
lot number two hundred and thirty-three, in the town
of Cumberland, to the said Beale, his heirs and as-
signs, as if the said power of attorney had been exe-
cuted, acknowledged and proven, as required by law,
or as if the said Hannah Kimes had executed and ac-
knowledged in person, the said deed, before two justices
of the peace of Allegany county, or before one of the
judges of Allegany county court.
