purposes for which disbursements shall have been made,
and shall also have the right to authorise one or more
persons to inspect such general account, a the hooks
of the corporation, as shall relate to such statement.

CHAP 209.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the General Assem-
bly of Maryland reserves the right to change, alter or
annul this act of incorporation at any session here-
after.

CHAPTER 208.

Right to repeal.

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to Incorporate
the Trustees of Prince Frederick Town Academy, in
Calvert County.

Passed Feb. 28,
1838.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That any five or more of the Trustees of Prince Frede-
rick Town Academy, with or without the president,
shall he and are hereby empowered to meet at said
school from time to time, and they, or a major part of
them, so met, may do any act, matter or thing, which
said president and trustees might do, any law to the
contrary notwithstanding.

CHAPTER 209.

Meeting.

A supplement to the act. entitled, an act to authorise
John Armstrong, of Baltimore County, to hold real
estate, passed at December session eighteen hundred
and twenty-eight, chapter forty-eight.

Passed Mar. 3,
1838.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the said John Armstrong shall he, and he is
hereby as fully authorised and enabled to dispose of by
gift, sale, devise, or in any other lawful manner, as he
is to hold, possess and enjoy lands, tenements and here-
ditaments within this State, and any estate, interest,
right and claim therein; and that every contract and
conveyence made to, with or by the said John Ann-
strong in regard to the, same, shall by virtue of the
said original act and this supplement, have, and be
