CHAP. 207.

lawful for the members of said lodge, or their succes-
sors, by and with the consent of the commissioners of
Chester Town, to erect and build over the market
house, in said time, a room or rooms, to be occupied
and used as a lodge room or rooms, and that the mem-
bers of said lodge, and their successors, shall forever
hereafter hold, possess and enjoy the said room or
rooms erected by them over the said market bouse,
without any let, hindrance, molestation or disturbance
of the commissioners of Chester Town, their succes-
sors in office, or of any other person or persons what-
soever, an as full and ample a manner as if the ground
on which the said room or rooms are erected, belong to
them in fee simple; provided nevertheless, that nothing
in this act shall be so construed as to give the members
of said lodge any right or title to any other part of the
said market house and premises, except the room or
rooms erected by them.

Statement of
concerns.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That it shall and may
be lawful at any time, for the General Assembly to de-
mand a statement of the amount of property, real and
personal, belonging to the said corporation, and of the
debts due to and from the said corporation, and the
