An act for the benefit of the heirs of George A. Dashiell,
deceased, of Somerset county.

Passed Mar. 17,

1838.

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assem-
bly, that certain portions of the real estate of which
George A. Dashiell, late of Somerset county, died
seized, are so situated that they cannot be protected
from pillage, which is practised on the same to a ruin-
ous extent, and if carried on will soon render said por-
tions of real estate utterly valueless: — Therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the orphans' court of Somerset coun-
ty, be, and they are hereby authorised and required, as
soon as may be after the passage of this act, to appoint

of the whole purchase money to the trustee, and not
before, the said trustee is hereby authorised and em-
powered to convey, by a good and sufficient deed, the
estate by him sold, to the purchaser or purchasers
