same persons who hold election for dele-

gates to General Assembly,

Commissioners to lay off district into

three election districts, to designate the

place in which for holding election, to de-
liver to clerk of said district and clerk of

Anne Arundel county court, a description

in writing, under their hands and seals of

boundaries and numbers of each, and the

place where election to be held, to be recor-

ded respectively, to cause copies of said

description to be published and set up, &c.

voters of each district to vole at the place

where election is held in such district,

Voters qualified to vote for delegates to

vote at their respective places, &c. for one

person resident of such district, &c. judges

to make a rot urn of said election, and the

three persons elected to constitute a board of

commissioners, &c. to continue in office one

year, &c. to have all the powers, &c. and

subject to same liabilities as the county
