Resolution in favor of William S. Green.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all proceedings and the judgments obtained by the State
of Maryland, against William S. Green, in Anne Arundel
county court, be suspended until the first day of July, in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-
one; provided, the said defendant pays the said judgments,
in the following manner, that is to say, one-third of the
said debt, and all the interest thereon, on or before the first
day of August next; one-third of the said debt with all
the interest, on or before the first day of January, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-
one, and the remaining; one third of the said debt, on or
before the first day of August, in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and forty-one; provided, the
said William S. Green, and his securities, shall file their as-
sent thereto, on or before the first day of June next.

Resolution in favor of William Long.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
directed to pay to William Long, of Missouri, a soldier
of the revolutionary war, or to his order, annually, in
quarterly payments, during life, a sum of money equal to
the half pay of a private, commencing from the first day of
January eighteen hundred and forty.
