Resolution in favor of Captain J. H. B. Latrobe.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Adjutant General of this State, be and he is hereby di-
rected to furnish to the order of Captain John H. B. ' La-
trobe, of the city of Baltimore, one hundred stand of mus-
kets, six swords, together with the necessary accoutre-
ments for the use of the tenth ward City Guards, by his
order being accompanied by the company's bond of securi-
ty for their safe keeping and return.

The Printer to print the Laws as classified by the Chief
Clerk of the Senate and House of Delegates.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the printer of the laws hereafter, shall arrange them in
three classes, first, the public general laws; secondly, the
public local laws; and thirdly, the private laws; and each
class shall be printed together; the public laws in the first
part of the volume, the public local laws next, and the pri-
vate laws last; and at the end of each class there shall
be a blank leaf, so that the laws of each class may be sepa-
rated from the other classes, and bound if required into se-
parate volumes.
Resolved, That the chief clerks of the two Houses are
hereby directed to classify the laws in conformity to the
preceding resolution, and furnish the printer of the laws
with their classification.

The Treasurer of the Western Shore to transfer fifty shares
of Farmers Bank Stock to the credit of Free School
Fund of Carroll County, standing to the credit of Fre-
derick County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
