Resolution in favor of Sarah Sansbury, widow of John
Sansbury.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Sarah Sans-
bury of the city of Baltimore, widow of John Sansbury,
a private marine in the revolutionary war, or to her order,
in quarter yearly payments, commencing with the first of
January eighteen hundred and forty, a sum of money
equal to the half pay of a private during her life, in con-
sideration of the services of her said husband.

Resolution relating to the School Fund of Calvert County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is hereby
required and directed to invest the amount of money now
in the treasury, for the use of Calvert county, in State's
six per cent stocks, or in the stocks of the Farmers Bank
of Maryland.

A resolution in favor of Esther Williss.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, Thai
the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Esther Williss,
one of the legal representatives of Rhoda Wheatty, or to
her order, the sum of seven dollars and twelve and a half
cents, it being for two months and five days penson due to
said Rhoda Wheatty, at the time of her death, to wit: fifth
June eighteen hundred and thirty-nine.
