An act relating to the Trustees and Governors of Cokesbu-
ry College.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the remaining trustee of the Cokesbury college, in-
corporated by an act passed at November session, seven-
teen hundred and ninety-four, chapter twenty-six, be and
he is hereby authorised to convey a lot of ground situated
in the Town of Abington, in Harford county, to the trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal meeting house, in said
town, by whatsoever corporate name or style they may be
known, and the said conveyance shall pass a fee simple
title to such trustees, as the same may be made to.

An act to make valid a certain Deed.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the deed from Valentine Wentz, Frederick Wentz,
David Wentz, Jacob Powell and Elizabeth his wife, John
Fleegle and Rachel his wife, to John Hahn, conveying a
part of a tract of land, called Ohio, lying and being in Car-
and thirty-eight, be and the same is hereby declared to be
valid and effectual in law, to pass the estate in said deed
mentioned, as if the same had been duly acknowledged and
recorded.
