An act to divorce James Ridgely, of the City of Baltimore,
from his wife Eliza G. Ridgely.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That James Ridgely, of the city of Baltimore, be and he
is hereby divorced from his wife Eliza G. Ridgely, a vin-
culo matrimonii.

An act to change the name of Sally Ann Post Fechtig, of
Washington County, to Sarah Ann Post.

Name changed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Sally Ann Post Fechtig, of Washington
county, be and the same is hereby changed to that of Sa-
rah Ann Post.

An act for the relief of Sarah Ryan, Letty Cracklin, of
Prince George's County.
|

Levy authorised.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the levy court of Prince George's county, be and
they are hereby authorised and required to levy annually,
for the use of Sarah Ryan, an indigent widow with four
children, the sum of thirty dollars; and for the use of Let-
ty Cracklin, also an indigent female, the sum of fifteen

dollars, to be levied, collected and paid over as other coun-
ty charges, so long as said levy court shall consider it ne-
cessary.
