CHAP. 251.
Suits may be
instituted, &c,
|
there to be recorded; and upon such bond, or any office
copy thereof, suit or suits may be instituted by the State,
or any person or persons interested therein, against the
obligors therein, or any of them, or their legal representa-
tives, for any breach or non-compliance with the condi-
tions of the same, as public bonds may be sued.

An act to divorce Mary Grace, of Baltimore County, from
her husband William C. Grace.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Mary Grace, of Baltimore county, be and she is
hereby divorced from her husband William C. Grace, a
mensa et thoro.

An act to divorce Adeline Alien, of the City of Baltimore,
from her husband Alexander Allen.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Adeline Allen, of the city of Baltimore, be and she
is hereby divorced from her husband Alexander Allen, a
vinculo matrimonii.
