S. Hall, of Montgomery county, may be substituted for
that of Samuel T. Stonestreet — Therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the powers, duties and liabilities conferred by the act
to which this is a supplement, on Samuel T. Stonestreet,
are hereby revoked and annulled; and Elisha J. Hall, of
Montgomery county, is hereby constituted and appointed
in his stead, and all the powers, duties and responsibili-
ties conferred by the act to which this is a supplement, on
Samuel T. Stonestreet, be and the same is hereby confer-
red on Elisha J. Hall; and the said Samuel T. Stonestreet
is hereby released from all the liabilities of the trust im-
posed by the act to which this is a supplement.

An act to divorce Israel Townsend, from his wife Mary
Townsend.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Israel Townsend, be and he is hereby
divorced from his wife Mary Townsend, a mensa et thoro.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all the estate of the
said Israel Townsend, both real and personal, of which he
was possessed at ihe time of his marriage, or which he
may have devised by gift, descent or devise, since his
marriage as aforesaid, be and the same is hereby secured
to his own exclusive benefit, and the said estate to be en-
tirely free and discharged from any claim or demand on the
part of his wife the said Mary Townsend.

ty, from her husband James Wilson.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Julia Ann Wilson, of Dorchester county, be and she
is hereby divorced from her husband James Wilson, a vin-
culo matrimonii.
