Divorce.
|
An act to divorce Nathianiel Bonsack, of Frederick County,
from his wife Mary Bonsack.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Nathaniel Bonsack, of Frederick county, be and he
is hereby divorced from his wife Mary Bonsack, a vincuto
matrimonii.

An act to divorce William Bywaters, of the City of Bal-
timore, from his wife Ann Bywaters.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That William Bywaters, of the city of Baltimore, be and
he is hereby divorced from his wife Ann Bywaters.

An act to incorporate the Town of East New Market, in
Dorchester County.
|
|
|
Incorporated.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the citizens of the town of East New
Market, in Dorchester county, shall be and they are here-
by constituted and made a body corporate,by the name of
the Commissioners of East New Market, with all the privi-
leges of a body corporate, and to have a common seal and
perpetual succession.

Authorised to
elect annually
five commis-
sioners.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the male white citizens
of East New Market, of the age of twenty-one years and
upwards, and have resided in the said place for and during
the space of six months preceding the election, may on the
first Monday in May next, at the house occupied by James
Lecompte, as a tavern, and on the first Monday in May,
in each and every year hereafter, at such house as shall
hereafter be designated by a majority of the citizens of
said town, be authorised to elect five commissioners for
said town, who shall have resided within the limits of the
same six months next preceding the election.
