1839.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That nothing in this act
contained shall in any manner interfere with the rights of
any of the creditors of said estate, but any part of said
estate shall be and remain liable therefor, in the same
manner as if this act had not been passed.

CHAP. 177.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said widow by ac-
cepting the provisions of this act, shall be considered ac-
having relinquished all interest in the profits of said land
during the aforeseid period of one year.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That said rents and pro-
fits for the said term of one year, shall, as respects the lia-
bility therefor of said administratrix and administrators
be deemed and taken to be peisonal estate of said Daniel
Clarke, and shall be accounted for as such, to the orphans'
court of Prince George's county, and to every effect as to
them and their securities in their administration, shall be
taken to be within the condition of said bond.

An act for the relief of Theodore R. Loockerman, of Tal-
bot County.

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assembly
by the petition in writing of Theodore R. Loockerman, of
Talbot county, that he is seized of a tract of land situate
in said county, called Plain Dealing Enlarged, the begin-
ning boundary of which is at a granary door on the edge
of the waters of Plain Dealing creek, and finding the lo-
cation of said granary exceedingly inconvenient, is desi-
rous of removing the same — Therefore,

Passed Feb. 28,
1840.

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the said Theodore R. Loockerraan, is
hereby authorised and empowered to remove th? said gra-
nary; provided, that on such removal, he shall plant a stone
or other lasting boundary in the precise position occupied
by the granary door,now called for as the beginning boun-
dary of the aforesaid tract of land.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That on planting the boun-
dary herein provided for, the said Loockerman shall call
together two freeholders, in no wise interested in the loca-
tion of said land, and in their presence plant the same.
