Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the provisions of the supplemental act, passed at
December session eighteen hundred and thirty-seven,
chapter one hundred and twelve, be and the same are
hereby declared to be continued in force until the first day
of January, eighteen hundred and forty-one, so far as the
same relates to Henry Harding, late sheriff end collector
of Montgomery county.
