Resolution requiring the execution of a deed, for the
use of Bell Air Academy, from Thomas A. Hays.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Trustees of the Bell Air Academy, be, and they
are hereby directed to require of Thomas A. Hays, of
Harford county, to make a deed for the property and
lot of land which they obtained of said Hays, for the
use of the Academy, as soon as the same can be con-
veniently executed, and to cause the same to be duly
recorded in the clerk's office of said county, and to re-
port the same to the next General Assembly of Ma-
ry land.

Resolution providing for the current expenses of the
Treasury, for the present year.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby
authorised, to draw ratably from the special deposites
to the credit of the State, in the Union Bank of Mary-
land and the Franklin Bank of Baltimore, such sums,
not together exceeding one hundred and twenty thou-
sand dollars, as he may find the exigences of the trea-
sury to require, before the first of January next, and
that the commissioner of loans be, and he is hereby
issue in favor of and deliver to the Treasurer of the
Western Shore, on the first day of January next, a
equal amount and bearing interest from the proper
mesne period, to be by the said treasurer placed to the
credit of his account of the surplus revenue so deposit-
ed, as an equivalent source of income for schools.
