RESOLUTIONS.

1838.

rected and required to deliver to Captain John Wes-
ley Watkins, of the city of Baltimore, or his order,

Carbines, or small Muskets, not exceeding eighty in

number, upon bond being given by him, to be approv-
ed by the Adjutant General.


No 59.

Resolution in favor of Henry Sanderson, of the City
of Baltimore.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Adjutant General, be, and he is hereby directed
and required to have made and delivered to Captain
Henry L. Sanderson, of Baltimore, for the use of the
Independent Blues, one hundred knapsacks of glazed
leather, upon bond being given by him, to be approved
by the Adjutant General.

Resolution in favour of Elizabeth Lorantz.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is
hereby directed to pay to Elizabeth Lorantz, of the
city of Baltimore, the widow of Ferdinand Lorantz.
who Was a soldier in the war of the revolution, or to
her order, the half pay of a private of the revolution-
ary war, during her life, in quarterly payments, com-
mencing the first day of January eighteen hundred
and thirty-nine.

Resolution in favor of Susanna Haney, of the city of
Baltimore, widow of William Haney, a soldier of
the Revolution.
