Resolution in favor of Ann Busey.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer for the Western Shore be, and he is here-
by directed to pay to Ann Busey, the sole legatee of
Benjamin Topham, deceased, who was a pensioner of
this State, or to her order, the arrear of pension due to
the said Topham at the time of his death, under and in
virtue of the resolution, number sixty-three, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-six.

Resolution in favor of O'Neill and Mitchell, and Wil-
liam O'Neill.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is here-
by directed to pay to O'Neill and Mitchell, and to
William O'Neill, or to their orders, the sum of one
thousand and fifty-eight dollars and thirty cents, for
nails furnished to the State Tobacco Warehouse num-
ber four, as certified by Richard Middleton, late In-
spector of said warehouse.

Resolution authorising Hie Treasurer of the Western
Shore, to pay to John Howard, of Mason county,
Kentucky, soldier of the revolution, in the Mary-
land line, the half pay of a private.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is
hereby directed to pay to John Howard, of Mason
county, in the State of Kentucky, a soldier of the re-
volution, in the Maryland line, or to his order, the half
pay of a private of the revolution, during his life, in
quarterly payments.
