Resolution in favor of Mrs. Eliza Nelson.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Eliza Nel-
son, the widow of Roger Nelson, of Frederick county,
a revolutionary officer, or to her order, the amount of
the half pay of a lieutenant in the revolutionary army,
from the first day of July, eighteen hundred and fifteen,
up to the time when she was placed upon the pension
roll, it being the amount to which she is entitled under
the resolution of seventeen hundred and seventy-nine.

Resolution in favor of Mary Roberts, of Allegany
County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is
hereby directed, to pay to Mary Roberts, of Allegany
county, the sum of nine dollars and eighty-nine cents.
for two months and twenty-nine days pension due Jane
Roberts, of Allegany county, at the time of her death,
as a Revolutionary pensioner.

Resolution directing the Librarian to furnish the Re-
gister of wills, for Dorchester county, copies of the
laws from eighteen hundred and nineteen to eighteen
hundred and thirty-three, also the index from eigh-
teen hundred and twenty-five to eighteen hundred
and thirty-seven, inclusive.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian furnish to the Register of wills, for Dor-
chester county, bound copies of the State laws, from
the year eighteen hundred and nineteen to eighteen
hundred and thirty-three inclusive; also, the index to
laws from the year eighteen hundred and twenty five
