CHAP. 302.
Claims annulled.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That all right, interest
and estate of either of said parties in, or to, the proper-
ty, real, personal and mixed, of the other, growing out
of the marriage heretofore solemnized between them be,
and the same are hereby, to all intents and purposes,
absolutely annulled and avoided.

more, from his wife Margaret F. Barr.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Charles Barr, of the city of Baltimore, he, and
he is hereby divorced, from his wife Margaret F. Barr,
a vinculo matrimonii.

An act to dissolve the marriage between William Austin,
and Mary his wife.
|

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the marriage heretofore solemnized between the
said William Austin, of Baltimore city, and his wife
Mary, be, and the same is hereby, henceforth and for-

Rights annulled.
|
ever annuled, dissolved and declared to be void, and
the said Mary Austin shall hereafter be deprived of
all right and claim which the said Mary Austin, as
the wife of said William Austin, had in law to a main-
tenance from him in the life time of her said husband,
or to any portion of his estate, real, or personal, to
which she might be entitled, in the event of her survi-
ving her said husband.
