CHAPTER 291.

An act to divorce Mary Reed, of the City of Baltimore,
from her husband, James Reed.
|
|
|
Divorce.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Mary Reed, of (he city of Baltimore,
be, mid she is hereby divorced from her husband, James
Reed, a vinculo matrimonii.
|
|
|
Guardianship.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the guardianship of
her children, shall be exclusively hold by the said
Mary Reed, without the Jet or hindrance, of the said
James Reed.

An act to authorize the Commissioners of Port Deposite.
in Cecil County, to mark, bound, and establish the
lines of the lots of said village.
|
|
|
Surveys authorised.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall and may be lawful for the
president and commissioners of the village of Port De-
posite, in Cecil county, on the application of any per-
son or persons holding a lot or lots in said village, to
have the same surveyed, and the lines thereof estab-
lished, by a committee of three of their own body who,
or any two of them shall, be authorised to employ a sur-

veyor for the purpose, and the expenses thereof shall
be charged in fair proportion upon the holders of the
lots surveyed, and which expenses may he collected as
other small debts.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That permanent bounda-
ries shall be established and a certificate of the survey
and bounds thereof shall be returned by the surveyor,

Recorded.
|
attested by two or more commissioners, and recorded
among the office papers of said commissioners and a
certified copy thereof shall be evidence of the lines of
said lots.
