come before him as a juror, by hatred, malice or ill will,
fear, favor or affection, or by any partiality whatever;
and that you have not summoned or returned as a
juror, any person who in your opinion, or to your
knowledge, hath been solicited to be returned upon the
pannel of jurors.

CHAP. 276.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That hereafter the sheriff
shall furnish the list of jurors to his deputies, and it
shall be the duty of said deputies to summon as jurors,
only such persons as shall bo named in said lists.

bara Marsh, of Baltimore County.

WHEREAS, a certain William Lewis, died in Balti-
more county, within the last year interest at and leaving
no legal representatives; and whereas, Richard, and
Barbara Marsh, having reared him in their family
from the age of three weeks old to maturity, and no
clue having been given as to the origin of the said Wil-
liam Lewis: — Therefore,

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That George Marsh, Catharine Marsh, and
John Sykes, the legal heirs of the above mentioned
Richard and Barbara Marsh, be, and they are hereby
declared to be the legal heirs in law, and in equity, to
the entire effects of the said William Lewis, whether
personal, real, or mixed property.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That after the liquidation
of all just claims against the estate of said Lewis,
the above named persons, their heirs, or legal repre-
sentatives, shall be entitled to all effects as provided
for above, and that all acts, or parts of acts inconsis-
tent with, or repugnant to the provisions of this act,
be, and the same are hereby repealed.
