Carroll County, to levy a certain sum of money there-
in mentioned.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Commissioners of the Tax, of Carroll coun-
ty, be, and they are hereby required to levy, annually,
upon the assessable property of said county, twenty
dollars, and pay the same in quarterly payments to
James Baker, for the support and maintainance of
Catharine Haynes, of said county, a county pensioner
