A supplement to an act, entitled, an act for the promo-
tion of Internal Improvements, passed at the adjourn-
ed May session of Eighteen hundred and thirty-six,
chapter three hundred and ninety-five.

Power of Commis-
sioners revoked.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all power and authority, vested and remaining
in the commissioners appointed under the original
act, to which this is a supplement, be and the same are
hereby revoked, and annulled, and the duties to be

|
|
Treasurer to per-
form duties.
|
performed under said act, by said commissioners, are
hereby devolved upon the Treasurer of the Western
Shore.

An act to divorce Edward Colegate, of the city of Balti-
more, from his wife, Ann Eliza Colegate.

Divorce.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Edward Colegate of the city of Baltimore, be,
and he is hereby divorced from his wife Ann Eliza
Colegate, a vinculo matrimonii.

timore, from her husband Nathaniel G. Noble.

That Emilie W. Noble, of the city of Baltimore, be,
and she is hereby divorced from her husband Nathan-
iel G. Noble, a vinculo matrimonii.
