Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all and every act or
acts which may be repugnant to, or inconsistent with
the provisions of this act, be, and the same are hereby
repealed.

Repealing clause.

An act to extend the time of William Frush, Collector
of Taxes, in Baltimore County, to complete his col-
lection.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That William Frush, one of the collectors
of taxes, in Baltimore county, be and he is hereby au-
thorized and empowered to collect any balance or ar-
rears of taxes that may be due to said Frush, with the
same power and privileges as are now allowed by law;

provided, the said Frush shall make oath before some
person qualified to administer the same, that such bal-
ance or arrearage has not been paid, and the same yet
remains due, and that no security or satisfaction has
been received for the same, beyond the amount for
which said Frush may have given credit on his ac-
counts.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall con-
tinue and be in force, until the first day of November,
in the year eighteen hundred and forty.
