1838.

county charges now are, and that in estimating the
amount of damages, the ad vantages of said road shall
be taken into consideration.

CHAP. 176.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the said commission-
ers shall cause to be made out, a plat of the said road,
which plat shall be returned by them to the clerk of
Prince George's county court, to be recorded among
the records of said county.

Return a plat.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That the said commis-
sioners, before they proceed to act, shall take an oath
or affirmation, before some justice of the peace, that
they will without favor, partiality or prejudice, assess
the damages sustained by the person, or persons,
through whose land the said road may pass, if said
persons shall claim damages.

CHAPTER 175.

Oath required.

An act to divorce Maria Danskin, of Baltimore City,
from her husband Washington A. Danskin.

Passed Mar. 13,
1839.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Maria Danskin, of Baltimore city, be, and she is
hereby divorced from her husband, Washington A.
Danskin, a vinculo matrimonii.

CHAPTER 176.

Divorce.

An act in favour of David Koons, of Washington
County.

Passed Mar. 13,
1839.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the judges of Washington county court be, and
they are hereby authorised and empowered to grant to
David Koons, of Washington county, the benefit of
the several acts of Assembly, passed for the relief of

Insolvent laws ex-

tended to.

insolvent debtors; provided the said David Koons
shall in all respects, except that of proving residence,
comply with the requisitions of said acts of Assembly,
and that he satisfy said judges of Washington county
court, that he did not come into this State with a view
of obtaining the benefit of said insolvent laws; and pro-
