A supplement to the Charier of Washington Medical
College of Baltimore.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Washington Medical College of
Baltimore, be, and the same is hereby authorized to
constitute, appoint and annex, to itself, the other three
Colleges or Faculties, viz: the Faculty of Law, the
Faculty of Divinity, the Faculty of the Arts and Sci-
ences; and such Academies, or preparatory School, or
Schools, as may be deeded essential to the support and
maintenance of said colleges or faculties.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Washington
Medical College, and the Faculties. Academies and
preparatory Schools, hereby authorized to be annexed,
shall be known and called the Washington University
of Baltimore.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the officers and their
successors, who are now vested with the power to make
by-laws, for the regulation and government of the
Washington Medical College, be, and are hereby au-
thorized and empowered, to make and pass all such by-
laws, as may be necessary for the good government
and regulation of the Washington University of Bal-
timore.

An act for the benefit of the German Reformed Congre-
gation of Christ's Church, in Cavetown, Washington
County, Maryland.
|

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Daniel Huyett, Jacob Krouse and Peter Colli-
flower be, and they are hereby authorized and empow-
ered, to sell a certain house and lot, the property of the
German Reformed Congregation of Christ's Church,
situate in Cavetown, Washington county, Maryland,
purchaser, or purchasers, by a good deed in fee simple.
