RESOLUTIONS.

1843

Be it resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Librarian be, and he is hereby authorised and
directed to have the said furnace repaired as soon as pos-
sible, and that the Governor be, and he is hereby authori-
zed and directed, to issue a draught upon the Treasurer
for the amount required to pay for said repairs.

 

No. 47.

 

Resolutions in relation to the publication of the Revenue
Laws.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorized and direct-
ed, to cause to be printed in two papers in the city of
Baltimore, and in one German paper, and one paper in
each county and Howard District, where a newspaper is
printed, such acts passed by the general assembly of the
state, as provide for the general revenue of the state, and
lhat the said Treasurer be authorized to pay for said pub-
lication out of any unappropriated money in the Treasury.

Resolution in favor of the Port Deposit Library Associa-
tion, in Cecil county.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
State Librarian be authorized and directed to furnish "The
Port Deposit Library Association" in Cecil county, with a
copy of Dorsey's Laws of Maryland; one copy of Bozman's
History of Maryland; and one copy of Convention of Mary-
land; provided, he has a sufficient number of copies on
hand for the use of the State Library, and can furnish
the same out of the surplus copies.
