CHAP. 220.

siness, and the said William Armstrong, has has with his
own consent been placed with Nehemiah Bailey, to com-
plete his trade—Therefore,

May assign
indenture.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the said William F. Parrot, may assign the inden-
tures, and the unexpired term of the said William
Armstrong, to the said Nehemiah Bailey, or to any other
person of the same occupation; and the new master and
apprentice shall be bound to perform the contract as if
the said new master had been an original party thereto;
and when the said assignment shall be made, the said

Proviso.
|
William F. Parrott, shall be released and discharged from
his liability on said indentures; provided, that the said
assignment shall not be made unless the judges of the
Orphan's court approve thereof, nor unless the mother of
the said William Arstrong, shall consent thereto in wri-
ting-

A further supplement to an act entitled, an act to Incorpo-
rate the new Middleburg School.
|
|
Trustees.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That John Koons, Lewis Haines, Daniel Shunk, Charles
Sentz and Matthias Hann, be, and they are constituted
and appointed trustees of the New Middleburg school,
which was incorporated by the act of December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-two, chapter three hundred,
instead of those named in the said original act and the
supplement thereto, and that the trustees hereby appoint-
ed, be and they are invested with all the power and au-
thority given to the said trustees named in said original
act, and the supplement thereto.
