Resolution in relation to the Magazine.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor be and he is hereby authorized to draw upon
the Treasurer for a sum of money not exceeding the sum
of two hundred dollars, for the rebuilding of the wall of
the Magazine of the state.

Resolution relative to the State Librarian.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
resolution No. 38, passed at December session one thousand
eight hundred and thirty-eight, be and the same is hereby
amended, so far as to authorise and require the Librarian to
make the said entries in one copy only of Dorsey's laws to
be kept in the Library, and without any additional com-
pensation.

Resolution in favor of William Murdock.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore of Maryland pay
William Murdock, or order, the Bum of twenty-eight dol-
lars and sixty cents for three boxes candles and oil furnish-
ed the House of Delegates.
